Steakhaus Becker in Bad Krozingen

I had to wait 2 hours with an appointment and then the one red-haired woman at the front desk, so unfriendly and cheeky. The doctors are no better, they cannot make a simple diagnosis. As far as this is now go to another practice.

Dr Becker is a great and competent doctor. The team is also very helpful, friendly and very quick. Mr. Hilmar Becker is top and very well informed and extremely competent. Top practice!

Despite the good cast, everything takes a long time. I even had to wait an hour despite the appointment, although there was no patient to be seen anywhere 🤔 It's bad enough to have to wait under the blazing sun because of Covid19!

My partner and I had to take a Corona test for unavoidable business purposes. We asked multiple times to confirm that the results would be available within 4 days, as this condition was required by the destination country and made sure everyone was understanding the purpose of the tests. Multiple members of the office confirmed the results would be available by the time we were planning to cross the border, both in German and English. However, 4 days after we took the test, we had not received the results and the office could not be reached. This implied to stay in quarantine (at our own expense). We finally received the results the next day by email. Instead of apologizing, they said they had sent the results by post (which of course arrived way later). At the end of the day, the office put us in a very stressful situation, potentially dangerous with respect to the diffusion of the disease to make us pay 300€.

I had gastrointestinal problems and needed a prescription for nausea. However, the doctor seemed to be more interested in my personal life than in my "health problems". For example, she wanted to know - since I come from abroad and have been here for a few years - what I have studied and what my profession is, and that was not a nice question, she even said that she had to enter it into the system 😂😂😂 Never again, otherwise I might have to give my opinion on refugee policy next nächste

The nurse at the desk talks to me in English rudely ''I don't speak English!'' and ignores me. Does this kind of service attitude deserve good google review? I am not sure haha. I will never come again. Feel insulted and discriminated.

Super practice, competent, friendly, attentive. I have been a patient here for many years. It is admirable how the staff at the reception, even in the greatest bustle, remain patient and calm. Dr. Becker is an experienced doctor who has the peace and quiet even in stressful situations. Here patients are listened to and not treated 08/15. Top internist. Always my pleasure.

Excellent practice and I can confirm that for 10 years !!!!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They take care of young and old always hard and respectful. The doctors in practice are both very competent. Both doctors are very experienced and always have an open ear. Personally, I am with Dr. Becker, but was already in treatment with Dr. med. Baumgart and can not really understand the reviews opposite her here. There is a difference between doctor and doctor and I myself come from the medical field and have been in this practice for 10 years as a patient and can not imagine the Fr. Baumgart would NOT have treated someone with a fever properly. There are many doctors in Mannheim who directly prescribe an antibiotic. The main thing is that the patient is calm. Dr. Becker and dr. Baumgart always strive to treat patients properly, quickly and to their fullest satisfaction. Conclusion: Great practice, great team and great doctors :-)

Currently, almost all practices are on vacation. The organization is catastrophic - many holiday representations in turn have a holiday representation. I then ended up with the group practice through a few of these vacation replacements. Which - as one can imagine beyond doubt - was fuller than full. The staff and doctors even shorten or even cancel your breaks so that all patients can be helped quickly. Despite the stress, all people working there are friendly and find a nice word. I've been there for the second time this week and have noticed no change in behavior. Dr. Becker is in my view a very competent doctor who has remained human. At this point a big compliment to this practice (it should be through these words now an even greater crowd of people and even more workload arise I'm sorry! But I had the need to send a big thank you.

The doctor made me feel like she was not listening properly. I came there with body aches, headaches, throat and earache, probably the typical symptoms of a flu / cold. In addition, I told her that I have the feeling that I had to vomit and have stomach cramps. She just gave me a quick peek, saying I had middle ear infection and wanted to prescribe antibiotics. All in all, I would have been "finished" after 5 minutes. My lungs were not heard, nor was my other ailments like sore throat or nausea. Too bad. I'm new in Mannheim and I've probably stupidly perched in the wrong practice, which looked quite a bit shabby by the way .. Well, but at least I came without an appointment in the series, that's it but then.
